The recently posted article, Top 100 Ideal Employers for 2011 College Students and Recent Graduates, discussed the importance of employers having a positive brand on-campus as it made their recruitment efforts easier. In short, the best candidates want to work for the best employers so those best employers are better able to recruit the best candidates, which makes those employers even better.
