Welcome to the LJA Civil Engineering – Land Development Simulation!

We are thrilled to have you here.

LJA Engineering is a leading civil engineering firm with a reputation for designing the unseen infrastructure that keeps communities running — from storm drainage systems to water networks and roadway layouts. With offices across the southern U.S. and a wide range of multidisciplinary teams, LJA is known for its commitment to technical excellence, innovation, and collaborative project delivery.

During this program, you’ll step into the shoes of a junior civil engineer and complete tasks that replicate the work our land development team does every day. You’ll learn key skills in:

Utility layout design using Civil 3DInterpreting client vision and site constraintsInfrastructure planning for water, sewer, and drainageConstruction-ready plan preparation

We hope this program provides a great resource for you to upskill and strengthen your resume as you explore career options — and a potential future at LJA Engineering.
