Welcome to Goodwin’s Advising Startups on Early-Stage Financing Program! We are thrilled to have you here.

We are a firm of insiders relentlessly focused on understanding the pulse within six industries: healthcare, investment funds, life sciences, private equity, real estate, and technology. This means that we deliver unprecedented client value through a unique combination of industry knowledge, legal excellence, and business advisory expertise – all powered by our high-performance culture.

Goodwin’s Tech and Emerging Companies/Venture Capital (ECVC) team partners with entrepreneurs, startups, and investors to drive growth from formation through exit. By combining deep legal knowledge with commercial insight, we help clients navigate fundraising, structure deals, and build the foundations for long-term success.
