>> My name is Abigail Stanis [assumed spelling], and I am the senior sales manager at the Carlton Hotel in New York. My focus is mainly the business traveler. So I work with companies to be their preferred hotel so they negotiate rates with me so that they can receive a discount when they do travel and stay with us. So a lot of contracts are across my desk, just getting my signature on those as well as searching for those new companies and bringing them in and gaining more business from them and then I do occasionally do site tours. So I will give a visiting guess or a company a site tour of our property, take them out to lunch, a little entertaining as well. We do get inquiries like all day long. So I need to kind of weed through, okay so what are the serious ones and what are -- might not actually take place? So typically big companies like in the New York City area right where I am. There's a lot of fashion companies. There's a lot of tech companies, and they'll do 3000 room nights with us in a year, which is a lot. So they get the most discounted rates and then I kind of have to build that relationship with them as well. So most often or not I'm dining and taking out those travel agents who are doing the hard work because they need to speak on behalf of my hotel. So even though I'm selling my hotel, I need to make sure that those other people that I'm working with, those travel agents or those company travel managers kind of advocate for my hotel as well.
